Ayers Field is located near the campus of UCO in the heart of Edmond, just a few blocks north of Hafer Park. The Field will hold up to 12U Baseball and 14U Softball. The infield is dirt and there is a 70 foot batting cage with an L-Screen located in foul territory in left field. There is a bullpen area with a backstop along the 1st base side as well. There are permanent in ground bases that can be moved to accommodate different age groups and base path distances. There is a warm-up area to the south of the field, great parking, and even shade for spectators!
Memorial Fields

The Memorial Fields include three fields near the intersection of Memorial & Bryant, just east of Oklahoma Christian University. There are two fields at this location that will hold up to 12U Baseball and 16U Softball, the third field will hold up to 10U Baseball and 12U Softball. The infields are dirt and there is a 70 foot batting cage with an L-Screen located in foul territory in right field of the south field. There are permanent in ground bases that can be moved to accommodate different age groups and base path distances. There is a bullpen area with a netted backstop as well.
There are Two Ways to Rent
Spring 2024 Season Memberships (Feb 18 – Jul 6)
Spring Season Memberships can be purchased for Sunday through Friday for $400 or $200 for Saturdays. Season Memberships include a weekly 90-Minute on-field time slot for your practice. Practices include the use of our 55 foot batting cage and netted bullpen area.
Single-Use Rental (Any open time)
Single-use Rentals can be purchased for any day of the week for $50.00. This includes a one-time 90-minute on -field time slot for your practice. Single-use rentals include the same use of the amenities listed above in the Season Memberships.

Q. How do I rent a single-use time and how much does it cost?

Q. How do I purchase a season membership and how much does it cost?
A. Click on the green button above, rentals are $400 for Sun-Fri and $200 for Saturdays.
Q. What is included in my season membership?
A. Season Memberships include a weekly 90-minute on-field practice slot. Any practice field rental also includes the use of the batting cage, and bullpen area.
Q. If there is another team on the other field, how do we determine use of the cage/bullpen area?
A. Teamwork. There is one batting cage and three fields (at Memorial Fields), which means you’ll have to coordinate with the other team so that you can both use it. This will not be an issue at Ayers Field.
Q. Can I reserve my slot now for the fall?
A. No. Fall Season Memberships will be on sale the first week of August. Between July 7 and August 18, the only way to reserve the field is single-use rentals.
Q. If we get rained out, can we reschedule?
A. No. As we all know, rainouts are part of baseball and softball. The way we have our pricing, even if you were rained out of half of your 20 potential practice dates, your average practice cost would still be just $40.
Q. What is included in my rental?
A. 90 minutes of on-field time, and use of the bullpen and cage area during your scheduled rental time.
Q. Can I use the bullpen and cage area outside of my normal practice time?
A. No. The cage or bullpen area cannot be rented separately, and they are both included in the field rental price, so those rentals take priority.
Q. How do I know if the field is too wet to use?
A. We will communicate daily with Season Membership Teams via GroupMe. We will also post “field closed” signs when they are too wet to use.
Q. What do I do if someone is on the field during our time?
A. Double check the posted schedule on GroupMe for your confirmed rental days and times. Once confirmed, kindly show the people on the field that you’ve paid for this time slot. If they persist in their use, please message us through GroupMe or call the field manager.
Q. If something needs to be fixed, how do I notify The Practice Fields?

Q. What is the cost to rent it for a half-day or full-day practice or camp?
A. Full-Day Camp (8 Hours) or Practice Rentals are $225, Half-Day Camp (4 Hours) or Practice Rentals are $125.
